Our salamis made with pork and game such as roe deer, red deer or wild boar have an aromatic and distinctive flavour. They are produced according to ancient traditional recipes and only with the finest ingredients to ensure a genuine taste every time.
Our sausages are prepared according to traditional recipes using flavourful ingredients: made from a mixture of pork or beef according to ancient South Tyrolean traditions, enriched with spices and herbs, they have a pleasant smoky flavour and are quick and easy to prepare, whether pan-fried, boiled or grilled.
South Tyrolean specialities: Pfitscher’s innovative approach, always respectful of tradition, allows it to offer a range of cured meats with distinctive flavours, such as chilli and garlic salami, Kaminwurzen and salmistrati.
