Over the years, our cured meats have won numerous 5 Spilli – EccellenzaItaliana awards (2017, 2019, 2021) and recognition among the Top 11 Best Cured Meats in Italy in 2022 and 2023. Gùrus’ ratings, expressed through the traditional symbol of the bone pin, are based on sensory tastings conducted by experts in the gastronomic sector. A judgement that has once again confirmed the excellence of our speck.

Added to these is The WineHunter Award, a prestigious award given at the Merano Wine Festival to the best national and international food and wine products. SalumificioPfitscher products have won this award every year from 2016 to 2025, distinguishing themselves for their superior quality, artisanal care and consistent production.
