We select the finest pork legs, which are carefully prepared, seasoned according to our family recipe and left to mature slowly to develop a unique flavour profile.
Each speck has its own character, but they all share meticulous preparation, balanced seasoning and a maturing process that lends depth, delicacy and complexity to the flavour.
Our salamis made with pork and game such as roe deer, red deer or wild boar have an aromatic and distinctive flavour. They are produced according to ancient traditional recipes and only with the finest ingredients to ensure a genuine taste every time.
Our sausages are prepared according to traditional recipes using flavourful ingredients: made from a mixture of pork or beef according to ancient South Tyrolean traditions, enriched with spices and herbs, they have a pleasant smoky flavour and are quick and easy to prepare, whether pan-fried, boiled or grilled.
