Our roles

PURCHASING

Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and company assets. Manages relationships with suppliers and ensures quality, availability and cost-effectiveness.

SALES

Supports existing customers and develops new business relationships. Responsible for quotations, order management and the professional presentation of Pfitscher products.

SHOP ASSISTANT

Welcomes customers to the shop, provides product advice, manages sales and ensures a positive shopping experience.

ACCOUNTING

Manages daily accounting activities, such as invoicing, payments and reports. Supports accounting closures and ensures transparency in financial processes.

DEPARTMENT HEADS IN THE VARIOUS PRODUCTION AREAS

Coordinate and lead their own production department. Ensure the proper performance of activities and act as a point of reference for employees and production management.

PRODUCTION WORKERS

They actively work in the various stages of product processing, complying with quality standards and hygiene regulations.

DRIVERS (DELIVERY WORKERS)

They are responsible for the timely and safe delivery of products to customers. They represent an important link between the company and its customers.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Ensures compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Carries out checks to ensure that products comply with regulations and company standards.

CLEANING / CLEANING STAFF

Ensures the cleaning and sanitisation of production areas, machinery and common areas, in compliance with hygiene regulations.

ADMINISTRATOR

Manages internal organisational processes and supports management. Ensuresthatadministrativeprocedures are carried out efficiently.

IT

Manages and maintains the company’s IT systems. Supports employees in the event of technical problems and ensures the proper functioning of software, hardware and digital processes.

INTERNAL TECHNICIANS

Responsible for the maintenance, repair and management of machinery, equipment and technical systems within the company. Ensures the properfunctioning of production.
